Refund policy

1. Wrong order/Missing Items

If you have received the wrong order or there are some products missing in your order, please email us at hello@blaq.co within 2 days from the time you received your order so we can correct the issue as soon as possible. Please include a photo of the item you received along with its packaging and freebies (if any). We will verify the information provided and will resend or ship new products as necessary. Don’t forget to include your order number in your email so we can check your order easily and fix the issue right away.

2. Broken/ Damaged Items

If you have received damaged items, please email us at hello@blaq.co within 2 days from the time you received the order so we can send a replacement right away. 3. Change of Mind

All sales are final. If, however, you decide you don’t want the product anymore. We will accept a return within 30 days. Please email us at hello@blaq.co to facilitate your request. Please note that refund will not include the outward shipping fee and will only be processed back to your original payment method. A Restocking Fee of 10USD will be deducted to the final amount you will be refunded for.
